Many people experience stress at least one time in their lives, although everyone may not know the exact cause of it. Though stress ideally should not occur in the home, it often does. Home environments in which spouses fight, or in which children and parents often conflict on views and opinions causes stress. If there is frequent yelling or arguing, this is not good and is a classic sign of everyone being stressed out. Maybe it's time to take a break from each other. Maybe the kids should spend the night at a friend's house, or you or your partner stay with a relative or a friend for a night.

Relationship Stress

Relationship stress is similar to home stress, and one can often cause the other. Relationships will have stress; it is inevitable. It is only when the stress reaches unusually high levels can it become unhealthy. Relationships are meant to be beautiful and are meant to be a kind of sanctuary for the mind and the soul.

Work Stress

Stress at work is extremely common, especially among lower-income jobs. There is no proven fact as to why this is, but it's true. Stress at work can be caused from conflicts with co-workers, or from an overbearing boss. It can be caused by someone not performing their job correctly, often calling in sick, or not liking the job they do. Most people actually do not like their jobs, and they feel they're not getting the pay they deserve, and that can be another cause of workplace stress.

School Stress

Stress can occur at school, especially with teenagers. Small children are less likely to experience stress because their minds are not equipped to analyze such problems at that age. Teenagers, however, are just discovering what stress is and how to deal with it. Stress at school is most likely caused by the work being too hard or too easy, having problems with other kids at school, having problems with teachers, home problems, and even friend problems.
